Sometimes loud sometimes quiet. Music For Sinking Ships is recommended if you like fun. Visit the website for mp3s. Richard

Squall are a trio, for my part this music is influenced by playing bass in friends' bedrooms; asking to use the expensive equipment in Music Maker, Waltons... and watching the assitant tune the instrument; running inside from Fibber's beer garden when i heard Sabotage; comparing my clean copy covers to those of my classmates which were covered with unknown band logos; jumping up and down on my first bass because it used to cut out all the time; never being let into whelans until i was about 21 or 22 and determined to get revenge on those bouncers some day; hating almost everybody in ucd; listening to my black ass by shellac; just smiling when i watch the train scenes from some like it hot; seeing the null set support june of 44 i think in whelans and being not unpleasantly surprised; buying that Hope book and wondering who the hell they were; saying 'wu tang style' for about 2 years; seeing the microphones, jape and someone else in whelans and being furious at the clique-ness and how easily pleased some irish fans are;smiling at dakota on new year's eve 2002 when redneck manifesto were playing that 5th song from their 2nd cd; watching a family watching two giant pigs having sex in their front garden while driving through croatia; searching for a drummer for 5 years unsuccessfully; ringing ears.
