A mate told me he saw The Last Broadcast on Blizzard Of Odd
a while back! Anyone see this? Dying to know what they were saying!

Colin Murphy tore it to shreds, as he does. From what I remember, he was confused as to why, when Clare Sproule was playing in Tonic, everyone was sitting with their back to her, chatting amongst themselves. What's that all about? He also 'commented' on the rather amteurish and unimaginative graphics and visual ideas, ie the use of black and white and that multi-screen device during the backstage interviews at Oxegen.

I would'nt pay too much heed to him. He knocks everything. I did have a chuckle at his comments about Brett Anderson though, about how pretentious he sounded...and he was right..

If any of you get the opportunity to go see Colm Murphy live snap at it like an epileptic playing cards. He's brilliant live, saw him a while ago in vicar street, he did a sketch about flying from Belfast to cork, I nearly shat myself laughing. He's playing tomorrow night in Axis theatre in Ballymun if anyone's feeling hard enough.
