Formed
in 1997, Alistair are built on a diverse range of musical influence and
experience. In recent times this Dublin-based four-some have unleashed their
characteristic multi-faceted sound on some of Ireland's finest venues, including
Vicar Street, The HQ, Whelan's and the Temple Bar Music Centre. They have
supported and performed alongside such high profile acts as The Frames, Dara and
Picturehouse. In the last year the band have made it to the Grand Final of the
Bacardi/HOT PRESS Band of the Year competition. The track avaialble here for
download is taken from the their third EP, simply entitled 'Alistair'.
